Thanks for writing to us- some of our previous labeling had an error that is now corrected- there are 18 grams of sugars per serving. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Our Medjool Dates are grown in the Middle East.

We glad that you like our product! in general, you can freeze date based products so you might find it as a solution for your needs. We wouldn't recommend, however, freezing and defrosting multiple times.

Our product is not considered raw, as it is being steamed in 74°C/165°F to ensure it can be shelf-stable, without the need of any preservatives. Also, no refrigeration is needed, even after opening.

Yes- our product is Non GMO Project Verified. Our Organic version will be arriving soon, too.

Our Natural Date syrup is a healthier and better sugar alternative in any recipe- sweet or savory. It can replace any sweetener in baking, salad dressings, meat marinades and many more. For recipe inspiration you are welcome to check our social media channels.
